4. Consider what’s really important to you.

About the Therapists

.

Are the Therapists Employees of This Site?

The therapists who work on this site don’t work for us. They are working as independent contractors. This means that they are self-employed and/or they may work for a local spa or parlor.

We are here to help them connect with clients who need their services. And we connect you with an amazing therapist.

Are the Therapists Licensed?

We work with both licensed and non-licensed therapists. You can request a preference when you fill out the request form if you wish.

About The Massage

.

How Will I Communicate with the Therapist?

You’ll communicate through our convenient messaging system. Once a bid is placed, this will open up the messing center that will allow you to confirm time and place with your therapist or ask a question.

Can I Request That the Massage Be Done in My Home?

Yes. When you fill out the form you can either choose “client comes to therapist” OR “therapist comes to client.”

Can I Cancel a Massage?

Yes. You can cancel a massage at any time. But we ask that you be considerate of the therapist’s time and travel expenses.

Please cancel within 2 hours of the massage. If you wait longer, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee.

Can I Write My Therapist a Review After the Massage?

Your reviews matter. They help other clients choose the best therapist. We definitely recommend that you write a review. And we love when clients take a little time to talk about their experience.

If therapists see that you write very thorough reviews, they may be willing to make lower bids on your massage. More detailed reviews help them win more clients.

That’s a win-win!

Do I Need My Own Sheets or Other Supplies (oils, etc.)?

The therapist is required to provide all supplies. Just show up and enjoy! If they are coming to you, please confirm through the messaging center what is needed.

How Do I Pay My Therapist?

You will pay the therapist through the website when you book the massage.

We also add 18% to the bid price for a tip. This is the industry standard for massage therapists. Don’t worry! We’ll do the math for you.

Let’s say, for example, that the bid that you accepted is $85 for 60 minutes. When you accept the therapist’s bid, you will be charged in the following way:

$75
Add $15.30 (That’s 18% of $85)

We would charge your card $90.30. That’s a fantastic price for a quality massage. But you may get bids that are much lower.

If I Cancel A Massage, Can I Rebook Directly?

If you choose to cancel, but really want that therapist, we understand. Please locate that therapist on the therapist page. And re-book through the site.

We provide a valuable service. We connect clients who want a great massage with therapists who have the skills to offer them.

Because of this, we ask that you not re-book directly with the therapist. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any person who misuses our site by booking outside the site.

Do I Need to Tip My Therapist?

You are not required to tip because we’ve already charged your card the 18% tip. If you would like to give them more at the time of massage, that is up to you but you are not required at all.

Will I Be Able to See Other Therapist's Bids?

No, you can only see your own bids. Your bid should be based upon what you feel that your time and talent are worth.

Do Sessions Always Go to the Lowest Bidder?

No. In fact, they rarely do.

You might think that clients will always think with their wallets. But the clients who use our site are looking for value. They’re not just looking for a “cheap massage.”

Value means the highest quality for the lowest price.

Demonstrate that you have a lot to offer. Get great reviews on our site. And clients will see your service as worth more.

They’ll be willing to pay more to get your service. And they’ll still feel like it’s a great value.

How Can I Increase My Chances of Winning a Bid?

1. On your profile, share a bit about how you got into massage, why you enjoy it and why they should pick you.

2. Identify your strength areas, such as type of massage you’re most experienced with, technique you’re most skilled at, etc.

3. Bid on a massage as soon as you receive the alert: you never know when someone’s going to pick from the first bids available. Increase your chances of being seen by monitoring the site regularly.

4. Have an inviting profile: a warm, personable “About Me” section can go a long way.

5. Upload a professional, yet approachable profile picture. Smile, appear open and friendly.

6. Each bid should be personalized. But having a pre-written pitch that you modify to address the client’s specific requests can save you time. When you save time, you can bid on more auctions and have a better chance to win more sessions.

Are your therapist all licensed?

We work with both licensed and non-licensed therapists, and you can request a preference when you fill out the request form.

What Locations Do You Service?
